Return Policy

Return Policy/Our policy lasts 7 days. If it has been 7 days since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Certain types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift card - Downloadable software products - Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not return your purchase order to the manufacturer. 

There are certain circumstances in which a partial refund will only be granted: (if applicable) .
- Books with clear signs of use - Opened CDs, DVDs, VHSs, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl discs. - Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours. - Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund (if any)

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you're approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original credit card or method of payment, within a certain number of days. .

Late or Missing Refund (if any)

If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card issuer, it can be a while before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discounted items (if any)

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately discounted items will not be refunded.

Exchange (if any)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange for the same item, email us at electronic@azaleastore3.com and send your item to .

Gift

If the item is marked as gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item is not marked as a gift upon purchase or the gift giver has an order shipped to themselves to give you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will learn about your return of goods. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the product to reach you may vary. 

If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
